Trevor Dick

Trevor was born in Nigeria, Africa, to missionary parents, but his family returned to Canada after the sudden death of his father. He started playing the violin at 7 years old, around the same time that he gave his life to Jesus. He went on to study music professionally and holds degrees in Music and Education from the University of Toronto. Trevor met his wife Le-Anne at Lakeside and they were married in 1994. They have three sons: Kyle, Aaron and Liam who have all been actively involved in Lakeside’s Youth programs and in volunteering roles. Trevor also serves as Artistic Director of Flyingbow Music Ministry, a non-profit missionary organization he founded in 2010 for Canadian musicians and artists. As well, he runs a small private and group string teaching practice in his home studio and at Gateway Public School. Trevor enjoys serving regularly on the Lakeside Central Worship teams and also gives leadership to various small groups along with his wife Le-Anne.
