Partnership at Lakeside means that you have a say in the selection of leaders, who in turn will make wise, prayer-based decisions on the direction and operations of the church community.

Every team needs a roster – every school an enrolment – every country a census – and every church community needs a group of core people when it comes to commitment. To serve in some of the ministries at Lakeside will require you to be a partner so that there is an accountability relationship.
