The feeling that “if God is good, why isn’t God showing up in the middle of my chaos” is a very real and normal feeling. Jesus actually predicted we would feel it. In this passage from Luke 17, we find Jesus speaking to this very real place we find ourselves in. Buckle up, this passage has oddities, lots of twists and turns, and even some of “those passages” that nobody wants to talk about.
