Are you more of a behind-the-scenes person?
Do you enjoy learning new things, or have you ever wondered how Sundays come together? Our Tech Team plays a key role in creating a smooth, distraction-free worship environment each week. From the first song to the final prayer, this team helps both our in-person and online communities fully engage - even though most of what they do isn’t seen.
And here’s the important part: these roles are for anyone.
You don’t need experience. You don’t need to be “techy.” You just need to be willing to learn. We provide hands-on training for everything, and we’ll train you as much as you need, at a pace that works for you. It’s a supportive environment where questions are welcome and growth is expected.
Serving on the Tech Team might look like:
- Running sound and balancing audio in the room and online
- Shaping lighting to reflect the tone and energy of each moment
- Operating cameras or switching between them so our online community can fully participate
- Running ProPresenter (advancing worship lyrics and sermon slides at just the right time)
You’ll also be part of a fun, encouraging, and genuinely welcoming team. High school students are welcome and can receive volunteer hours while gaining practical, real-world experience.
